World Works Consulting Ltd is a Lagos-based advisory and implementation firm. We help nonprofits, food banks, foundations, corporate CSR teams and development organisations build the systems that let their work last.

Our Story
The firm grew out of practice, not theory.
Our founder, Dr. Michael A. Sunbola, started Lagos Food Bank Initiative, which began operating in 2016 and has since grown into a national hunger-relief operation. Building it meant solving problems most advisers only describe: where food is stored and how it moves, how thousands of volunteers are recruited and managed, how a board holds an organisation to account, and how funding is secured year after year.
Other organisations began asking how it was done. World Works Consulting was set up to answer that question properly: to take what worked in practice, make it repeatable, and help other institutions build their own versions, in their own context.
